Champagne-Concert
What you will experience and what is included in the ticket:
You are welcomed into a reception with a glass of Prosecco (or an alcohol-free alternative). The actual concert commences at 19.30, but the audience is encouraged to arrive early to socialise in the elegant halls of Børsen, before the highlights of the evening. There will be people at the venue to guide you to your seats from 19.00. It is not necessary to bring physical tickets, just confirm your name with one of the festival’s helpers.
To make an appropriate atmosphere, the hall is filled with round tables, facilitating both talking and enjoying the music.
The concert is split in two acts. Between the two halves, an exquisite dinner and dessert will be served by Børsen Festlokaler. For the price of the ticket, a unit of alcohol is also provided during the meal. Naturally, there will be plenty of chances to purchase more throughout the evening. Only once a year is it possible to experience a concert like this one! Come alone or together with someone. There are 10 spaces on each table. Coordinate with friends, family and coworkers to book a full table of 10 for a reduced price.
How to order tickets:
If multiple people want to be seated at the same table, order under the same name. This way we can more easily organise the seating. In any case it is possible to reach out regarding seating or other concerns to birgitte@johanhalvorsen.no.
